It all began in 2002. With a client base of zero and an $8,000 line of credit, CEO Mandy Gilbert decided to combine her passion for staffing and recruitment with her entrepreneurial spirit.

And so, Creative Niche was born.

Determined to build anything but your average recruiting firm, Mandy approached staffing and recruitment in a unique way. Rather than focusing on filling positions, fast, she focused on making matches that last, and her efforts paid off. Creative Niche has grown to become the largest and most respected firm of its kind in North America, with more than 80,000 professionals on our roster and offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Cincinnati and New York.

Creative Niche’s commitment extends beyond the creative community. It extends to the community at large. Giving back is as important to our corporate culture as making game-changing talent matches. Since 2010, we have donated more than $3 million in time and direct funding to a wide array of charities, from environmental non-profits and organizations devoted to battling homelessness to The Remix Project, which provides creative arts education and mentorship to disadvantaged youth. We are also proud to provide mentoring and career support to several colleges and universities across.
